At Noirvere, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely pleased, we offer a seamless return or exchange process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and attach the prepaid return shipping label provided via email.

  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send the items back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
